We got a call in the middle of the evening to attend the movie house in Bellerby. The customer was quite pleased he stumbled upon us seeing that we were the third locksmith company he had contacted, the other 2 refusing to provide assistance. He had gone out for a meal and a movie with his better half seeing that it was their 10th anniversary. Yet unfortunately it was only when they finished at the restuarant he realised he had dropped the car keys. He stated, "I rushed back into the building and searched where we were sitting down; however no keys in view. I later got the idea to search in the car and lo and behold there they were, in the ignition, yet the door had self locked." Our locksmith got to them quickly and a few moments later had the job taken care of and the car open. The now delighted husband and wife were quickly up and running.

The client in Bellerby rang us with a horror scenario as she had just stepped to the car to retrieve something and the front door locked after her. But, what makes this more serious was when she explained "Please help! I do not have my door keys and my baby is within." Obviously we sped there and fortunately road traffic was light. Shortly after forty minutes of looking the realization was we had lost our household keys. Thanks to your personnel with regard to the good service."

"I have misplaced my household keys. I have searched the household entirely and I yet still am unable to locate my keys anywhere. My hubby has gone for a company trip and I no longer have a spare set. Could you come over and change the door locks and supply me with new keys?" was the inquiry from our customer in Bellerby. Some time later that day she messaged us, "Thank you for changing the locks rapidly not to mention crafting an additional set of keys as spares. Losing our keys was highly annoying but yet your help was particularly appreciated."
